We started web development in 1994 and have been developing and supporting web sites since then. We were the first development partners in this area for both AT&T and Bell South. Everything we do is 100% guaranteed. We have a very simple policy. The client sees our work if they do not like they do not pay. There is no risk of paying for something you do not want.

We guarantee your site will be available 99.9% of the time 24 hours a day. If that is not true you are not charged.

Are your clients under any contractual obligations that keep them from moving their site and business to another company?
No. Our agreements all have a release clause that says if you are not satisfied with us or you just need to go to another company all you have to do is write us a letter and you are released from the agreement.

How long does it take you to create a site and when would it be available to view?
We usually create small sites in 2-4 weeks. You will be able to review usually in 2 weeks. Larger sites take 4-8 weeks.

What process do you go through to create a site and who will work on it?
We gather content and build a 'no graphics' site with the content and functionality requested. Simultaneously we meet with Graphics department to develop the 'look and feel' of the site and produce a proposed layout or rendering which is then reviewed. After adjustments are made and a 'look and feel' is agreed to it is incorporated into the site.

Would we have a personal representative to work with during and after the development or would we just call anyone at your company, as we needed support?
Yes. You are given a personal representative that you can ask for by name.

Would our site be a template of other sites you develop?
No. Each site is developed around the client's needs and tastes.

How much will our site development and hosting cost? Will we know these costs in advance?
Each site is different. This is like asking how much a truck or building will cost. Costs are based on what the site will do and how complicated the graphics will be. We will access your needs at no charge and give you a fixed fee for developing the site so you will know all the costs up front. We build sites from $500 to $100,000 plus. If you use any of our applications or products, your hosting is free.

What type of additional charges might we incur as we continue with you after the site is launched?
We charge a license fee to use our applications and/or products and there may also be a monthly maintenance charge. We will spell all that out up front. We also have the option of spreading the development costs over the monthly charges so there is no up-front cost to develop your site. Each client is treated inspanidually and we try and find a fit that is a win-win investment for your money and our time.

How does Infomedia handle changes to web sites?
We give our clients two choices:

1. Instant changes using our Content Edits Application
2. Changes within same day using our very successful Email Edits Application. These changes are usually addressed within the hour or at most by end of day.

What is Content Edits?
The web interface of www.contentedits.com is similar to that of popular word processing programs allowing the user to cut and paste, format text with bold, underlining and italics, change the color of text, insert pictures, insert web page links and more.

Contentedits allows a person to take control of a website so that people no longer have to wait for the webmaster or web design company to make changes to a site. If they can use a word processing program, they can make the changes to the web site themselves.

In addition you do not need to worry about people making inappropriate changes to the site. Contentedits is password protected and can enact various privilege levels for each user that can be set on the page level. For example, the vice president of marketing might be able to access the entire site, while a human resources assistant might only have access to the page that features available jobs within the company.

Our Systems Administration is second to none in the industry. We host sites and email from all over the world and over the past 12 years we have maintained a 99.98% uptime on all sites and email we have hosted and maintained. We would put that record up against anyone's.

We have a staff of 14. Every web site is designed by 4 teams: Graphics team that handles the look and feel, Programming team that handles what happens when you click on a button or pass data or fill out a form, HTML team that handles all content and working with you to develop the overall structure of the site, and finally the Systems Administration team that handles hosting and email. We have a full time staff available to answer any type of support questions 24 hours, 7 days a week.

What type of backup and redundancy do you have for web site, data, and email?
We have automatic backups of web sites made daily and we also maintain another working copy of the web sites in separate locations.

What type of protection do we have from virus with our web site or email?
All of the email we handle through our servers is virus protected.

How many pages, how much storage and how many emails will I get?
We do not limit storage, bandwidth, or emails. You get as many as you need to support your business needs. Pricing is based on storage at approximately $100/month/GIG.

What type of database software would you use to develop our site?
We are a Microsoft based shop and develop sites using ASP and HTML. Our database development is done in Microsoft SQL 2000.

What about our domain name or URL? Does Infomedia handle that?
We register all names with Network Solutions/Verisign which is the parent company. We make our clients the Administrator and Billing contact and we become the Technical contact only. You need to check to see who owns your URL by going to this web site www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois. Many people we speak with think they own their domain name only to find out they are not listed as a contact on the master file at NETSOL.com. If you are not the contact, you do not own the name. We have also had many clients working with other companies that have lost their domain name because the bill was not paid or the company they registered with went out of business. There are companies that are standing there waiting for something to go wrong with your URL so they can grab it and then try and get you to buy it back from them. What if we want to do E-commerce? What type of experience do you have and can you assist us in obtaining a merchant account and working with the various credit card gateways?
We have been doing E-commerce since 1996 when we developed and maintained over well over 100 E-Commerce websites since 1997. We work with Authorize.net which handles E-Commerce for companies like Yahoo, Amazon, Disney, and many others. We will happily assist you in this area.

Yes. We offer the ability to take electronic checks on line.

What about our contacts from the web site? Do you simply send them by email to us or do you put them in a database for later query and use?
When someone clicks on your Contact Us button, they deserve your utmost attention. We send your contact messages to as many people as you want and then place the critical data such as name and email address into a database so that you can retrieve it later. We also offer an on-line Contact Management product that will route incoming contact messages to the appropriate people automatically and then allow management to monitor how fast and efficiently those contacts are being responded to.

Do you offer a broadcast mail solution so we could use these contacts in a direct marketing campaign?
Yes. We have a very easy-to-use broadcast email product that you can use to send out messages to your sales people, clients, or employees. You can build as many different email lists as you like and when your message is sent the system tracks how many people received and opened your email. The email can contain your logo or if you like your entire web site header so the recipient can go directly to a link on your site when they receive the email.
